Meeting Makes the Magic Happen
People buy into people. No one knows that better than integration leaders Jitterbit, who recently brought together Europe’s leading automation and integration experts, technology leaders, and ecosystem partners for its annual MeetUp.
The subject matter was on-point; a deep dive into trends in the industry such as low-code, the latest advances in integration solutions and the impact of AI in the age of Hyperautomation.
With 90+ attendees, the day was further proof that in-person events are BACK ON for enterprise tech brands who want to build rapport and community. Put events like this in the mix with great messaging, compelling thought leadership and proactive PR and B2B businesses can make their own weather when it comes to building leads and growing their brand.
Our MD Tamara Sword moderated a panel on the current state of automation with the below guest speakers:
- Neil Ward-Dutton, VP AI and Intelligent Process Automation European Practices – IDC Europe
- Sameer D'Mello- EY, Senior Technology Strategy Advisor and former Global Head of Innovation at HSBC
- Kerry Sheehan - UK Civil Service - Head of Service Development and Innovation
- Joost De Bot, Vice President & General Manager EMEA, Jitterbit
YASA’s Supercar Excitement
June was a big month for our client YASA. Founder and CTO Tim Woolmer was centre stage at Mercedes-Benz’s launch of the breathtaking Vision One-Eleven concept supercar.
Unveiled at the Design Center in Carlsbad, California, Tim introduced the great and good of the motoring press to the revolutionary technology behind the Vision One-Eleven and at the heart of Mercedes’ plans to go full electric by 2030.
FullyCharged.SHOW & FullyCharged.LIVE presenter Ricky Roy said that YASA's electric motors were "the most amazing part" of the car. Forbes' automotive columnist Karl Brauer predicted there’ll be a “substantial bump in electric vehicle performance” once YASA-powered Mercedes’ start to roll off the production line and the “real-world technical innovation” was what he found most exciting about the car, even above its “bold look and feel”.
Inspired by the 1970’s C111, the Vision One-Eleven is an instant design classic - you can see it in action here.

The Women Powering an Electric Revolution
Behind every pioneering electric company are pioneering people who bring their experience, passion and knowledge to help release more sustainable mobility. Evolito, a company developing electric powertrains for aerospace recently shone a light on the same members of their team who are, day in and day out, working hard behind the scenes to accelerate the arrival of electric flight; Natalia Narożańska - Senior Simulation Engineer, Dheevn Kahlonz - Design Engineer, Katie Tidd - Materials Engineer and Christine Armstrong - Build Engineer.
Check out their Women in Engineering Day Video here and prepare to be inspired.
